Great quality

I was sent this product for free. I was impressed with the quality of purgrains. I’m not a huge chipotle fan but I enjoyed this side. I would absolutely buy to try other flavours. Overall it’s a great option to change things up with your sides.

Wow, blown away

Honestly, I’m not usually one for chipotle. I don’t truly hate it, but usually when it’s mentioned in the name of the flavour, I find it tastes like I’m chewing on charred wood. Not so with this at all!! Just the right balance of spice, great flavour, and I love the grains. I did find it a touch dry, but nothing a teeny bit of butter stirred in didn’t fix for me. Would even use this in fajitas instead of rice next time we make them at home… especially because the prep time was nonexistent, just pop it in the microwave and it’s ready in seconds. Can’t wait to try the other flavours now!!!

Super easy side dish

Pür Grains Aztec Chipotle Flavor is a mix of quinoa, farro and brown rice with corn, black beans and chipotle Flavor.

This makes for a very easy side dish on a busy night. You can heat it up in only 90 seconds in the microwave or on the stove top by simply adding 30ml of water.

I love quinoa so I was excited to try this product. For chipotle flavor, I found it to be a bit on the bland side, but I am a bit of an over seasoned. It is easy to spice up if you want to. The serving size says one pouch, but we were able to get more than one serving out of the pouch as a side dish.

I recommend Pür Grains if you are looking for a healthy plant based side dish that is extremely easy to prepare.

Great side dish

I received a pack of the Purgrains Aztec Chipotle Flavour side dish to try for free, thanks to Chick Advisor and Pür grains.

It was very quick and easy to make because you simply just need to warm it up. I opted for the stove option which just needed a little water added.

The aroma was great and everything goes so well together, from the different grains to the corn and beans, and it has a little kick in terms of the spices. I added a little lemon juice to mine which just brought out the flavours even more.

It was a delicious hit in our house! Great as a quick snack by itself, a side dish or in wraps as a main dish. Would definitely recommend to friends and family to try.

Pleasantly surprised by the flavour packed into this package

I was given the opportunity to try this product for free. I have tried several express rice type blends before and have always found them very unappetizing. I am pleased to say this brand and flavour have completely changed my tune! The flavour, texture, convenience everything was fantastic. I will 100% buy these for my cupboard and a last minute side dish add.

Quick and easy to make!

I was excited to try a Plant-based product because I love chipotle and especially corn. This side dish seemed interesting when I read the packaging about it including Ancient grain. My household likes eating spicy flavours, so that was also a great bonus.

Quick and healthy lunch for busy workdays!

Purgrains Aztec Chipotle flavour is an easy and healthy lunch for the busiest of workdays! I followed the stove top instructions and quickly served myself flavourful grains under 3 minutes! The chipotle flavour has a zip of spice, which I really enjoyed! The taste of black beans is also quite strong. I added a fried egg on top for extra protein and creaminess.

Soo Good!

I received this item for free for testing purposes #gotitfree #trypurgrains. The package is attractive and the options for flavors are great! This one that I tried was soo good! It wasn't a huge bag but as a side for 4 people it worked fine. Wasn't spicy or anything which most Mexican flavored items are but this was just perfect...for me anyways. The combo of flavors was great. Would definitely buy if it was available at the store I shop at. I will also recommend to everyone that I know.

Excellent and easy meal
