Cook in a glass container dish?? It's ALL good!
This is my go-to dish to use for almost everything. The thick quality of the glass is really nice. Perfect size for making my Chinese steam cake. I love how it's easy to clean. I soak it in hot soapy water and everything comes out easily. Absolutely a great buy for meal planning. But the only negative thing i can say there is a weird chemical smell from the plastic lid.

However, the ones in restaurants definitely skimp on the filling ingredients. Most of what I get is rice flour and starch. On the other hand,they are typically not vegan-friendly due to the inclusion of Chinese Lap Cheong sausage, dried scallops and shrimp, but I've substituted savory preserved radish, dried mushroom,garlic shallot,and onion.
I made it much more healthy than the normal meat one. It is simple with nothing fancy but the flavor is so strong! Good, is it?
