Staying power 11 out of 10

The staying power is 🔥🔥🔥! I tried this on when my husband and I went out for some shopping errands. My dry eyes were excessively watering (literally crying) due to the dry winter air and this liner did not smudge at all! It lasted me all day without moving! It has a very rich, matte black pigment. It dries up pretty quick though so you have to work fast.
