I made the mistake once of buying the store brand cotton swabs. Never, ever, ever again will I do such a thing. Q-Tips are the only way to go. They are so soft, and have enough cotton on the end that you don't feel like you're stabbing your ear with toothpicks.
Though they may be a little pricier than store brand, they are worth every single penny.

Okay, seriously, whose house doesn't have Q-Tips Cotton Swabs? I use them to apply eye makeup, etc. Sometimes if I need a small area to paint, I will grab a cotton swab and fix the end to exactly the way I need it to be used to apply paint.

These are the only cotton swabs I buy. Other brands are flimsy and bend and are horrible. Q tips are the best for me and my family. I will continue to buy these and they are so versatile

I have tried cheaper brands and always go back to Q-Tips. They have so many uses (even cleaning your ears which the box tells you not to do) but I use them a lot for makeup application, cleaning up after nailart messes on my cuticles, even cleaning the cats' eyes.

I will never use a cheaper brand! Q tips are soft and stronger ( they won't bend easy if u use it to rub nail polish off your nails). It's soft enough for cleaning cuts and scrapes.

Q tips have been in my family for years! And for someone who loves makeup, I really enjoy using the for application or smudging eyeliner all the time. The price is alright but the ends are very soft and large!

Great for so many things. Makeup removal touch ups etc. I even use it to clean the corners of my cabinets. This is a great product to have in the house not only for personal use but also for random cleaning around the house.

I love Q_tips brand because they clean vary well they don't leave a cotton build up in your ear connell I have used store brands and I find they leave a build up in the ear so only use qtips if u wasn't quality and cleanliness

Q-tips are a must have, and you can't go with generic ones. They bend easier, have less cotton, and it pulls off easier. Q-tips are great quality and great for everything. Last week I used them with my 2 year old to paint.
