For this book, it is quite pricey but I purchased it on Amazon so it was arounf $13 with free shipping. I sometimes forget to write in it but i usually do every night i got to bed. It is a good way to think and whine down your day. It's also very cool to look back at what you've answered through the five years with that book. I totally recommend it! Start today!

This journal by Potter Style is really great for those who aren't very good a keeping a journal. Each day has a prompt question or statement that you respond to, so you will never be stuck for what to write each day. You also don't have to write a whole lot, a simple sentance would suffice! The final great thing about this journal is that it lasts 5 years!

Definitely a great gift idea if ever you are stuck in a gift giving rut.
