Im eating this cereal as I type and I must say its probably one of the most delicious cereals I have ever put in my mouth!! It is super crunchy till the last bite even. Does not get soggy in your bowl of milk. It has a nice chocolate cocoa flavour too the crispy grain cereal and there is even chunks of coconut flakes in it as well. I love that it is super high in fibre and high in whole grains. 35 grams of grains and 6 grams of fibre. It also packs in a nice punch of protein at 6 grams. It is a higher calorie type of cereal at 240 calories per cup and 7 grams of fat. Its a filing cereal so it does give you your needed energy too get you through the morning. I really like eating this Organic cereal and its also GMO free which is good. A powerful superfood cereal is what I think it is. Its actually not that sweet either. The coconut added gives a nice healthy sweetness without the added sugar that most cereals have.

The only this that bothers me is the price. I bought it for $7.99 a small 260gram box, so you would most likely get about 4 bowls before the box is empty. I probably will only buy again when it goes on sale as its way too expensive too be buying all the time. I bought at Co-op.
