Love it!

I am really into healthy snacks and food items. This one has sprouted grains which makes ms really happy! Tastes great! I just leave it soaking for a little bit longer than I would with other cereals because it is quite hard.

Super food -super cereal !

Yummy! I'm always looking for new cereals that are healthy and low in sugar this one fits the bill perfectly .It's very crunchy ,and if you like coconut it has a fabulous coconut taste .it's also super crunchy with the Chia seeds mixed in.Gives it an added fiber boost ! it's low in sugar and if you're looking for a healthy organic cereal this is winner !! It's even so good I have it dry for a snack it's a bit expensive so I try to look for it on sale ,but definitely worth a try.

Excellentes céréales si vous aimez le goût prononcé de la noix de coco. La version chocolatée est selon moi la meilleure. Cependant, ces céréales sont intéressantes au niveau nutritionnel mais sont un peu trop dures à mâcher. Il faut les laisser tremper quelques minutes à l'avance.
