I have found my new weakness

I was hesitant with this granola bar, but just a taste and I was hooked. I always have one in my purse in case I get hungry on the go and they also satisfy my sweet tooth when I crave some sugar. I am usually not a fan of granola bars so this definitely was a pleasant surprise. As a breastfeeding mother of a newborn I need quick snacks to give me the energy I need and this definitely hits the spot. I will keep buying and I recommend it as well.

I saw these on the shelf at the grocery store and was totally willing to try them out. I like having a chewy, chocolate, oatmeal treat at night time as a snack or when I go to work, especially working early, early in the morning. The cherries are awesome. Big chunks of real cherry and tons of them. I was so exited that there were no raisins.. I am always so picky when it comes to granola bars, I don't like raisins in them at all !!

There are also big slices of almond, and the oats are large oats, not the ones that are almost ground down to nothing and seem over processed. The dark chocolate is all throughout and it is a good size bar. Not the small ones Quaker sells for the kiddies to take to school.

The box is 175 grams and contains 5 Bars, I paid $2.50 for the box on sale, and regular price at Save On Food is $3.79.

I was surprised how much I liked them, they didnt' taste too chemical and fake like so many similar advertised bars can taste.
