When I really need fuel to get me through the day Quaker Oat Bran Creamy Hot Cereal is my first breakfast choice. Its fast and easy to make. The texture and taste may not be for everyone because its thick, creamy and quite bland. I always add raisins or craisins to give it some taste.
What I really like about Quaker Oat Bran is it's all natural. No additives or preservatives. It contains 4g of fibre per serving and 5g of protein. Not to mention it contains no sugar, no sodium and no cholesterol. I have even used this to make healthy oat bran muffins. In my opinion this cereal is great for anyone who wants to add a healthier choice to their breakfast menu.
my mom bought me this cereal. i thought it would be disgusting since it the oats are not grainy but when i tried it, it tasted really great and it is nutritious, too. it is also very easy to prepare. you only need 5 mins get this cereal ready to eat. i love it with milk and sugar.
