Best cookie dough

I know you're not supposed to eat cookie dough but this mixture tastes so much more amazing to me in its dough form. Just an egg and butter/margarine are needed to bake these cookies. The oatmeal and chocolate chips are both chunky and sweet. Once they're done baking they're harder than they are soft but still taste quite delicious. Definitely recommend.
