What it is: A facial mask that claims to dry out pimples and diminish blackheads.

Where to get it: CVS sells it, but I got mine from Sally's Beauty Supply.

    How much: Roughly $4

What I like about it: This product totally relaxes me! During these hot ass summer days, you feel incredibly burnt out by the time the sun sets. So what better way to cool off just before bed than a nice bath, and mint julep tingling on your face? That is exactly what I do, and it's one of the most refreshing things on the planet. Plus, this product really DOES take out blackheads. I actually don't have very many blackheads, but the few that I did have are now gone. I've only been using this product about a month, every 3 days. It did dry out pimples but it didn't really get rid of them. Although if you need something to calm down irritated skin due to acne, this definitely brings the bumps down a notch.

What I could do without: I know some people that have complained about the packaging (the tube) and how they can't really squeeze the product out. But if you buy the little tub (which I did), it makes scooping the product out much easier.

Overall: I'd totally buy this product again. It's a nice product to consistantly have in stock.

I have a terrible problem skin with enlarged pores, pimples and black heads. This masque actually dried up pimples, shrunk the pores and sucked out my blackheads. I must say that I am extremely impressed with this product. I would definitely buy it again!!

What I like about the product:
It's a great mask for a cheap price. For less than $4, you're doing your face a big favor (mainly if your oily/combination/acne-prone). Your face really feels refreshed and clean afterwards. It really dries up my pimple like what it claim it does. See, I get these monsterous pimples once in a while. They're red and angry, but after using this, my pimples have been reduced in size. Please don't expect a miracle that it'll completely vanish it, but by using this, I found that it reduces my chances of getting acne scars where the blemish is and redness. Also, you will definitely feel your pores tightening after slapping this on. I only use this once or twice a week, depending on how my skin feels. If I know there's a pimple waiting to happen, I slather this thing on my face and I know it'll work its magic. The blackheads in my nose are also gone thanks to this product. It's very easy to use. Put it on after cleansing your face, and then leave it on for a few minutes while doing other things and rinse it after the mask hardens. And you're left with a soft, smooth, and glowing face.

What I didn't like about the product:
Because the masque comes in a tube, sometimes I have difficulties getting the product out. The masque smells like toothpaste, so sometimes I feel I have toothpaste on my face. I probably wouldn't recommend this for people with dry skin since it might get too drying. The packaging could be better, and it can make people iffy because of its appearance. Since the mask is minty, people with sensitive skin might not like the tingling sensation or how it feels when the mask hardens (your pores will feel really tight). I didn't really experience any burning sensation after using this product, but I've read that some people have.

    Overall:
This product has become a staple item in my skin routine. It definitely delivers great results and very affordable.

I have this mask in my bathroom right now, and I use it every Sunday night. The smell is fantastic-- somewhat peppermint-y, and the mask dries up really quickly. The mask cracks a lot, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing. You can see your pores and even some of the gunk that was inside of it. Once you rinse it off, your face feels really soft. It's also very affordable, and lasts for several months! It also does a good job minimizing the size and appearance of your acne, if you use it regularly. I am in love with this mask.

I've used this facial masque longer then I can remember. It's a true classic with a great smell and a beautiful end result. I forgot about this for years and recently came across a jar of it in Sally's. Immediately after rinsing the masque off my face felt baby soft and you could see a major difference in my skin.
