Kicks the cravings

What I love about these protein bars is the low net carbs. And The Taste is really good. Does not leave a bad taste in my mouth like so many products do. It kicks the sweet Cravings to the curb and helps me stay on track with my weight loss goals.

Easy on the go snack!

I am a die hard quest bar fan! It is the perfect nutritional snack to toss in a lunch bag or gym bag. The bars are generally very fresh compare to competitors. The flavours are to die for and always hit the spot.

J'aime bien les bars Quest, elles dépannent bien. Cependant, comparé aux autres barres du commerce, je trouve qu'elles ont trop de sucre et trop de sodium. Le prix est aussi l'un des plus élevé!

Better when heated

I like these bars somewhat when on the go. Because being healthy doesn't need to mean eating takeout all the time. I tend to warm them up at work if I am having a fast paced day. They taste so much better warmed up. I like this product but I will say there is an aftertaste I don't quite enjoy.

Cookies and Cream

This Quest bar lives up to it's name. This tastes like a true cookies and cream classic. There are large chunks of cookie pieces which tastes like the chocolate cookie in an Oreo and large chunks of white chocolate. If you warm this in the microwave for 30 seconds it bakes into a cookie-like texture and the white chocolate chunks melt throughout. This gives it a nice freshly baked taste to it. The bar is sweet because of the white chocolate and cookie pieces but not overly sweet. If you eat this regular, the white chocolate pieces have slightly less flavour and impact but you can still taste it. The bar itself is more chewy and you get chunks of cookie. I enjoyed this equally when warmed and not warmed.

This bar can be purchased for around $5 at Shopper's Drug Mart. You can also sometimes find it on sale for 3 for $11.

Healthier & Tastier Than An Oreo Cookie

I recently tried this bar again- but warmed in the microwave this time for about 30 seconds- and absolutely loved it. The bar has a vanilla base, which isn't too sweet. Inside, there are chunks of real soft chocolate cookie (similar to an Oreo) as well as large pockets of cream fillings. The pockets of cream filling melt inside the bar when heated, for a decadent treat. This actually reminds me of eating an Oreo cookie, only more delicious. I would recommend microwaving this bar, as the first time I tried it I didn't warm it and my experience was not as pleasant.

Quest bars can be quite expensive but can often be found on sale at Rexall.

I am in love with these quest bars. Cookies and cream is my absolute favourite. They taste so good! Very chewy. If you don't like a lot of texture, you probably won't love these. The stats are good. LOTS of fibre, and protein and 3g net carbs. A little costly, but in the protein bar market, it is average.
