You can often find a sale at Rexall where you can get 3 bars for $12. The bar is 210 calories and contains 52% of your daily fibre. The price of this bar is more expensive than most, but I find them very high-quality and well worth the price.
This flavor is wonderful because it is natural tasting and simple. It is great for anyone who loves nuts. There are a lot of pieces of full and half almond throughout the bar which add a nice nutty taste and a crunchy texture. This bar is PERFECT for almond lovers! Vanilla extract flavor is present and it tastes warm and gentle. This bar does not have an artificial vanilla taste. This bar has a nice sweetness, but it is not overly sweet. The texture of the bar is chewy and dense if not microwaved. When microwaved, the vanilla flavor is slightly less so you get a more almond taste, while still getting that mild hint of vanilla. When microwaved the bar is more chewy and less dense - it has a cookie dough type texture. On the wrapper there is a layered vanilla sponge cake with almonds --- and the taste of this bar is very representative of that.
