These are AMAZING. Seriously the best protein bar on the market. Most other bars are loaded with sugar and hidden bad ingredients. These are low cal, low fat, low sugar, and then on top of that have up to 17g of fibre and 20g of protein. I swear by these before intense workouts or as a meal replacement when I'm on the go. The cookies and cream is my favourite flavour, but I haven't tried one yet I didn't like. Would definitely recommend.
