The only review I've ever done - worst of the worst

Hello, I usually don't complain about anything i buy. If I buy something i didn't like i just don't buy it again. However; the purchase of the Quo tweezers is a different case. I was trying to buy a higher quality tweezer because I needed it. I paid more than $30 CAD for one pair of tweezers which i couldn't return due to hygiene policy. I haven't felt so angry in a long time when I decided to open the package, days after i bought it, when I realized these tweezers didn't grab any hairs! They are the worst tweezers I've ever had. I could have bought a better set of tweezers for $10 CAD! I left so angry and cheated! I just need the company to look at what they are selling because this product is supposed to be a higher quality and the expectation is for this product is to be half decent! But it is really a useless item! It can't be used! Please please please do not cheat people this way!!
