Easy to take prenatal

I have been taking Rainbow Light Prenatal One for over 3 years now. It has become my trusted prenatal vitamin. I like that you only have to take 1 vitamin a day. It barely has an after taste so it is easy to swallow. I trust this brand so much that I use other vitamins from them such as the DHA.

I took these through out my pregnancy and didn't have any complications and am continuing to take them while I am nursing. I loved that it is just one pill a day and I didn't have to take it with a meal. The pill is the size of a typical vitamin and not hard to swallow. I typically took it at night and didn't have any heartburn or weird after taste
