Crumbly, but Good!

I liked the lemony taste of this Ratio bar, and the pumpkin seeds were a nice touch, which I quite liked. The texture of it was a bit odd—kind of flakey and crumbly and a little dry—but it didn't get in the way of the great taste. I'll definitely buy them, but I may wait until they're on sale!!

Before I start, let me say I am not a big fan of raw nuts in foods, but that being said I actaully liked this protein snack bar. It was lemon almond flavoured and very tasty. I personally found it to be a little too dry and the lemon flavour was very strong. I personally would not buy this flavour again but definitely looking forward to trying other flavours. My daughter (teenage) really liked it and asked for more.
