Great Flavour

I received the ReaLemonGarlic from ChickAdvisor to try and provide my honest review.

I used the ReaLemon when making sauteed mushrooms for breakfast. It added a great flavour to the mushroom. The garlic taste was just right and did not over power the food. It was easy to use and added great flavour without me having to peel and cut up garlic. I would use this product again and maybe next time be a bit more daring and try one of the recipes included.

Finding a right amount to add??

Struggled to find it on shelves at first, was told by to major grocery stores that they carried it but it didn't stay shelves long. Left my name and phone # at 3 stores and had 'ring check', which if you haven't heard of term it basically they'll call me when they received a shipment. Only ever had oe before when a promotion or sale was running and they ran out of stock before date on sale was over. With ring check your entitled to get product at sale or promotional price when it arrives. Anyways on my 3rd week I finally got a call from Atlantic Canada Superstore they had gotten shipment. Woohoo we were going to have garlic breath tonight.
I tried looking up recipe that someone made had used with the ReaLemon Garlic Infused. Surprisingly my first meal couldn't. So I thought you can't go wrong chicken alfredo. Knowing what would be right amount to add into sauce as it simmered I didn't know. Only used teaspoon of it with first dish. You could barely taste it. Which wasn't a bad thing. I was kind of hoping to have the garlic flavour brought out. My second dish was pasta with Asparagus & Lemon, I went the RealLemon website and found recipe. It called for 1/4 cup of ReaLemon Garlic Infused. Big Hit!! All through the meal I was getting props from everyone. Of course I gave credit to website, just not at that moment. It was my moment per-say.
Really it boils down to knowing what is to much & what's not enough. In my house have 14 yr old fuzzy eater, 37 yr man who eats anything, 70 yr old woman who blames anything I cook gives her gas & indigestion. So no pleasing everyone. Tonight meal was Chicken parmesan with mushroom. Only used 1 table spoon and less then half teaspoon. Just winged it. Everyone agreed that garlic flavour was just right. Wasn't over bearing and was great with other flavour food.
I do have to admit using more did bring out flavour. Maybe it bit to much for some if you suffer from heart burn or get dry mouth from the consumption of garlic. Really it boils down to knowing what is to much & what's not enough. I definitely would recommend ReaLemon Garlic Infused. Every person will have to wing it themselves on proper amount for family. If your a person who probably advict cook, you'll be fine.

Awesome taste and easy to use!

I received this product free to try out and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised! I use garlic in a lot of my cooking and I was so impressed at how flavourful the garlic taste was in this lemon juice! I made a garlic shrimp dish that was on the ReaLemon website...it was delicious! I would definitely use and purchase this product again! So yummy!

About time!

I received this product as a part of XY Stuff's campaign with ReaLemon. As a regular, ReaLemon and garlic user, this is a pretty good fusion. The great part is that it's not very overwhelming. A great addition to salads, dressings, chicken and fish dishes. The only con is that I also use ReaLemon for lemonade, so I'd have to buy the regular one anyways.

I am a big garlic lover and so was very excited to try this out. I am so glad that I did. It was so good!!! I tried to recipes using this flavouring. The first was steak fajitas and they were amazing. It added great garlic and zest to the recipe. The second one I tried was chicken thighs but this I think I over marinated as it was really lemony. Overall I really like this and will be purchasing it again. I did receive this product in return for a return but all reviews are my own.

Mellow garlicn and lemon

Garlic can be super harsh, this is not. I love the flavour of garlic but never use it in dressing for fear it will be too strong and burn. Garlic is definitely there but not harsh

Excellent pairing

I’ve been using the Realemon flavour for years. I love this new flavour which is infused with lemon and garlic. Excellent pairing of two commonly used flavours in my cooking. I received this product free to try and review. I definitely will purchase this in the future and recommend that you try it out as well.

Great taste!

I added the real lemon garlic infusion to a recipe that calls for both lemon and garlic and it made my life so much easier! I was worried that the overall taste wouldn’t have much garlic but it did and it’s a great substitute to real garlic and without the prep. Overall the taste was great I just wish it came in the larger bottle that the real lemon original flavour comes in. Also have to mention I love the packaging!

Versatile and Delicious!

My family and I were selected to try the REALEMON GARLIC FLAVOUR INFUSIONS from XYSTUFF in exchange for our honest thoughts and opinions and although it wasn’t what we were expecting it to be, we were very impressed! It’s such a versatile ingredient that can be added to a wide variety of recipes and cooking!

We use ReaLemon all of the time in the kitchen so we were excited to see what the garlic infusion could bring to the table. The garlic oil adds a delicious garlic flavour without taking away from the lemon and being overpowering. We all smelt the product before tasting and the smell is deceiving. It definitely is much more garlicky then it smells (which in our Ukrainian household is a good thing!).

We used the flavour infusions in a variety of ways: first we made the lemon vinaigrette from the ReaLemon website and it was good. In future I would tweak the recipe for a bit more flavour but the ReaLemon flavour infusions added a nice touch. I used the juice to also rim my ceaser beverage and that was DELICIOUS! I added 1/4 cup into my favourite chicken noodle soup at the end of cooking as well and the garlic addition was a total game changer!

For under $2 this product is a steal of a deal for how versatile and delicious it is. The garlic oil creates a delicious garlic taste that compliments the lemon so well. We can’t wait to continue cooking and experimenting with this product and I will recommend it and repurchase in the future

It's different..

I was given the opportunity to try ReaLemon flavour infused lemon juice for free in exchange for my honest review.

It's different. The garlic in it is pretty subtle, I think, when using it in cooking. If you take it on its own you can definitely taste it, so you wouldn't want to use it for like making lemonade, obviously lol .. I used this to make asparagus and it was nice. I think this will work well for our veggies and even our meats. I think it's worth a try, for sure!
