Convenient product for your cooking!

I recently received the ReaLemon Flavour Infusions (garlic) for free from ChickAdvisor to review. I've used it a few times since for dipping sauces (mayo based as well as fish sauce based), in a stir fry sauce as well as an extra seasoning in soups and ramen for an added zing. While I can't say the taste of the garlic infused in the ReaLemon is as prominent as I would've like, I do think that this is a very convenient and easy way to pep up your food. The garlic isn't that noticeable but ReaLemon does quickly deliver the tang and freshness you want like a real lemon does.

Yummy Lemon and Garlic

It wasn’t easy to find this specific product at the store because it’s fairly new but I finally found ReaLemon Garlic flavour infusions. I didn’t know what make make at first then I decided to make zoodles. It was a hit with the family. The flavour was amazing. Happy I could still have that garlic taste without having to cut up garlic. I will definitely be using it again.

Pas une différence significative

Pour commencer, j'ai reçu ce produit gratuitement dans le cadre du banc d'essai Family Rated afin de le tester et donner mon opinion sincère à propos de celui-ci.
J'aime beaucoup le jus de citron et l'ail, alors je me suis dit que ce produit serait vraiment parfait pour moi! Toutefois, je ne peux pas dire que je trouve que le goût d'ail est suffisamment prononcé... Donc dans une recette, je ne vois pas une différence significative entre le jus de citron régulier et celui-ci... Ainsi, j'aime mieux acheter du citron et de l'ail et faire le mélange moi-même. De plus, le prix de la petite bouteille est la même que pour la grosse bouteille que j'achète habituellement d'une autre marque.
Bref, le produit n'est pas mauvais, mais selon moi, n'en vaut pas la peine.

Great flavor pairings!

I used this to enhance the flavors in my homemade chicken noodle soup, I added to taste and found the flavors worked so well together. I add to my water in the morning too, to alkalize my body. I add this to any base when I'm cooking. Great stuff!

Thank you so much @chickadvisor for the opportunity to try this ReaLemon flavour infusions for free to try. Lemon juice is a must have in our house but I didn't know they had flavours! The smell is pretty intense, I'm not going to lie haha, but I really appreciate that they've included recipes to go with the product and can't wait to see how many ways it can be used. I sprinkled a little on some veggies and the savoury smell might fool you but this little lemon packs a punch. Delicious!

Real lemon garlic

At first when I received this I wasn't sure what I wanted to use it for. Then it hit me what's best with lemon? Ya.... chicken breast so I got some nice fresh chicken breast marinated it with the lemon garlic and some other spices, I let it sit overnight and the next day I cooked it very very slow on the barbecue and the flavor of the garlic was amazing the meat was very tender. I have also used it on breaded fish and in my homemade tarter sauce. Thanks so much #FamilyRated, for choosing me for this product we love it !!!!

Lemon+garlic all in one bottle

I had the opportunity to try REALEMON FLAVOUR INFUSIONS - Garlic recently and it was yummy!! I used it in hummus,as salad dressing and in lentil soup. It was great to have them in same bottle, very convenient for the times when I run out of garlic at home.

I recommend it lemon+garlic lovers and it sure can make it to my shopping list.

Not a bad substitute

I was really excited to try this ReaLemon Flavour Infusions in Garlic because I love lemon and I love garlic. I knew exactly the dish I wanted to try it in as soon as I got the coupon. We make greek food a lot and lemon potatoes are a must so I substituted this for my usual garlic seasoning and fresh lemon. It worked pretty good though I found I had to use quite a bit to get the flavour I was looking for. But when I did it was a great taste of lemon, not too sour with a hint of garlic. I found it actually worked better on the pork. I used it in a marinade and during cooking and the flavour really popped on the meat. I really did enjoy the flavour. Overall not too bad and and if you are strapped for time and don't want to add in the fresh stuff, this will definitely do the trick! (I received this product complimentary, but all opinions are my own)

Great!

Absolutely loved it! The infusion is well-balanced and tastes amazing. Used it as a salad dressing and baked salmon with it. Missing chunks of garlic or the imbalance of garlic to lemon ratio is out. Give it a try

Awesome

Love it! It's great with fish, veggies and more. We made it with garlic shrimp and also threw it in our bruschetta.

The bottle is about half the size of the other realemon bottles. (Could be good or bad depending on your space or needs but something to note).

The only downfall is it was HARD to find. I couldn't find it any grocery store near my house. I ended up having to travel around to find it.

Over all would recommend. Definitely great product!
