Great taste

I received this from Family Rated for review. We often cook with lemon and garlic so having them combined is very handy. The garlic isn't too overpowering and it works very well to complement the lemon.

A twist on a classic

This smells amazing and adds a nice garlic taste to your meals in a convenient little bottle. This product gets points for saving me time from peeling and cutting or crushing garlic to get the flavour. Because it is a liquid flavour, you do have to keep in mind that this would work best with meals that require wet ingredients over dry ingredients. While I appreciate the convenience of the garlic flavour in a bottle, it would not be something that I would add to my regular seasoning rotation.

Liked the idea of lemon and garlic.

I love garlic and lemon especially ReaLemon Juice so trying this new product sounded exciting. It smells like lemon and garlic but when I used it, whether it was alone on veggies, salad or mixed into a dressing, I found the taste was not what I expected. The lemon part was good, but the garlic even though it is garlic oil tasted artificial and left an after taste unlike real garlic. I like the concept but the taste for me is not worth buying a separate product. I prefer chopping or crushing fresh garlic and adding it to lemon juice.

Unique new flavout infusion

this new Realemon garlic flavour infusion is such a great unique blend. It comes in a 240ml bottle so it's not that big of a container which is great as you probably won't use it as much as their straight lemon. I did a test comparing their lemon vs their garlic infused for fish. The lemon one had a much more lemon flavour of course but the garlic infused was delicious. It is made with garlic oil so it doesn't have a really strong garlic taste as you may think. I am so excited to try their recipes as there are great uses for the garlic infused. I absolutely love garlic so I think this is a great product for those who think the same. Makes it nice and convenient to add to recipes. #gotitfree

I would use in it a pinch

I used this to make the dip on the recipe card and to make shrimp scampi. While both recipes were eaten and enjoyed. I wouldn't choose this over the real ingredients 95% of the time but I would use them if I were out of either garlic or lemons if that makes sense. So I guess it is something to have on hand just in case.

Really liked this product. Ideal for recipes that call for lemon juice and this gives it that added kick. Obviously you use this as needed but anything that could use a bit of garlic also, this is for you. Nice hint of garlic without being too overwhelming. Would have again.

Infused Garlic Taste

I received this product in the form of a full value coupon from XY Stuff in exchange for my honest opinion.
I found that this product was versatile and that I was able to use it in a number of dishes. I used it to prepare seafood, make health drinks, added it to pasta sauces and my new personal favourite — added it as an extra ingredient to vinaigrette salad dressings.
While having garlic flavoured lemon juice was a nice change from the ordinary lemon flavour, I found that in some dishes I still needed to add extra garlic to get the garlicky taste I was looking for. Also, since it’s in a much smaller bottle (240ml) I would need to purchase it far more often than lemon juice.
Overall, I will definitely continue to use ReaLemon Flavor Infusions garlic as a flavouring option on occasion in my kitchen! Thank you for selecting me to try this product.

J'aime bien pour un repas normal, l'ail dedans est un petit ajout à ne pas dédaigner.
Par contre, nous ne pouvons pas l'utiliser pour les dessert.
De plus je le trouve un peu cher.
Mais si vous aimez l'ail et l'utilisez beaucoup dans des repas vous aimerez!

Hints of garlic

I received the opportunity to try this for free through the Review Club. I tend to use lemon juice when making my own salad dressings so was curious to give this a go as it would save me time from having to prepare and use fresh garlic. First off, the bottle is smaller than the typical Realemon one so a bit of a lesser value, but you save in time and in purchasing garlic. I'm not a super fan of garlic in general but this had just enough of a garlic taste that it was noticeable but wasn't off-putting. It was easy to use and something I think I might look at having regularly in the house just because it's so convenient!
