We use this for marinades when we don't have lemons on hand. This stuff is as close to a freshly squeezed lemon as it gets. If you want an acid on hand for dressings, marinades, keep a bottle of this handy!

This is the best lemon juice for cooking ( and putting on salmon) it tastes like real squeezed lemon and you can buy it in a set of two huge containers at Costco for the price of a small container of lemon Juice in other brands.
