I found these a little too strong tasting for me for some reason, sorry. I might add that the regular tea bags of Red Rose are also fairly strong. I think I'll stick to my regular teas. I ended up giving these kcups away.
I love the ease of k-cups, but sadly not this tea. I found it weak and not a great taste. For the difference in time get out the tea bag, and make to the strength you desire.
I am more on a Meh level then fugheddaboutit; but I didn't personally wouldn't buy it so probably would recommend a different tea before this one.
This K-cup version is very convenient for rushy mornings, just pop it in no mess. But I didn't find the taste to be there for me, I enjoy quite the strong cup of tea and I found this to be weak.
The price for me also isn't right, although it doesn't run too expensive I prefer tea bags where you will get more for your money.
I don't know if it is because I was raised on Tetley Tea but I just don't enjoy Red Rose tea as much as I do Tetley. The flavour is ok but I definitely prefer the brand I am used to.
So I love Red Rose tea and always have a box of tea bags in my cupboard. I decided to try the kcup of it. It was ok, if you're not too picky on the strength of your tea they're easy and great but personally I like my tea steeping for longer so I'll stick to the tea bags!!
These k-cups are pricey and taste the same as the teabags you can buy in boxes of 100+. I think it is much more economical and environmentally friendly to stick with tea bags and boiled water.
Though for convenience and on-the-go, the k-cups do come in handy (we have them at work).
I highly recommend these for the flavour, but not so much for the price. Like most K-Cups, they're pretty pricey and not great for the environment. They taste just like making tea from a bag, so that's great, but you could just as easily buy a box of Red Rose tea bags and run your Keurig sans K-Cup. Same result, but less money and better for the environment.
This product is just not for me. If you're a coffee drinker, it makes sense to also have tea for your Keurig, but having recently cleaned and repaired a Keurig, I've seen how much coffee gunk gets stuck in those things and I have really sensitive tastebuds, so I hated drinking tea from my friends Keurig. I'd rather just use a bag as it's cheaper and simpler.
But if you drink both coffee and tea it could be a good option for you. Personally I found the tea to be too watery tasting then made with a keurig as well, when compared to the regular Red Rose Orange Pekoe.
