I recently purchased this after my go-to leave-in smoothing treatment (TRESemmé® Keratin Smooth System Heat Activated Treatment Reviews) was discontinued. I was hoping that because this was a Redken product (high-end drugstore), it must be good quality. Unfortunately, I hate it and regret purchasing it. Unlike the Tresemme product which leaves your hair feeling soft after applying it, the Redken product leaves this tacky residue. My dry hair still feels dry, but now, also dirty. I apply around 3 pumps to the ends of my hair and work upwards after showering. I initially didn't understand why my hair had this sticky residue after straightening it until a few uses. Overall, my hair does not feel soft or very smooth, rather just dirty and heavy with product. Save your money.
