I love these show for working out in! I thought Reebok was just trying to profit more on the whole crossfit thing and just slapped a label on the regular running shoe but NO! These shoes really do work great for a crossfit style workout. They have a reinforced toe area for the rope clime, they absorb the shock from jumping really well, and they're great for running in as well. Over all a good workout shoe.
