Always Must have

I always, always have aspirin in my house. It's a good relief for headache, small migraine, fever and inflammation. I always kept this medicine at hand because I know in some cases they can prevent death from heart attack, strokes and blood clots.

Tried and true, the only pain killer that works for me

I've dealt with headaches all my life, and to this day, Aspirin is the only analgesic that provides even the slightest relief. Advil is fine for other aches and pains, but it has nothing on Aspirin for tension headaches and migraines. It's rough on your stomach if you don't take enteric coated (which I don't, because I need it to work fast), so make sure you either take it with milk or on a full stomach, but I swear by this age-old pain killer.
