I've had great success using this balm on my lower back, my elbow, and my knee. The cool tingle is quick and long lasting for pain relief. The balm in a stick format makes it convenient to apply and carry around (although it may melt in high heat). The price is right, ingredients I can understand, Canadian-based company, and it works.
