I got these curlers hoping to save some time as opposed to using a curling iron. They do indeed save me time and are easy to use. The box says the curls set in 5 mins -- well... maybe.

It contains 20 rollers total in two sizes, 12 larger and 8 smaller.
The box itself connects to a power outlet to heat up the rollers. The red clips are supposed to be removed beforehand so they don't melt. There is unfortunately no off switch so when taking too long i have to plug in and out of the outlet.

The rollers themselves are covered in velvety material that act as grip when rolling the hair. There are no teeth anywhere, the clips and roller are smooth (aside from the heating slit on the roller). The curls are very smooth, but if the strands of hair rolled are too thick the clip sometimes slips off. The resulting curls are very natural looking, soft and smooth.

So it takes 5min to warm up the rollers, 5-7 min to put the curlers in, 5 min to set, and 1-2 min to remove and finish styling. So maybe 20 mins total. Still good.

The plastic of the rollers doesn't look like the best possible quality, but i haven't seen anything break yet so i can't comment too much. The box is pretty big and does take a lot of bathroom real-estate, so sometimes i wonder if a more compact version may have been a better choice.

I got the pack at Target while it was still operating in Canada.
