Taste falls flat

I was amped to try this dressing as I thought it might be close to the dressing used in Taylor Farms dill pickle salad kits, but I was very disappointed. It falls flat. Salty with not enough acidity. It needs more lemon juice or vinegar. I understand that it’s not a “dill pickle “ but a “cucumber “ dressing, but it still needs that lift with tang. I added some dill pickle brine, but that made it too runny.
