Adds Moisture

I received this deluxe sample in my Ipsy bag for July and I am quite impressed with how well it works with my moisturizer to add that extra little bit of uph I was missing. I have also tried this alone without moisturizer and it left my skin feel tacky and not the plump smoothness I expect from well hydrated skin. It works well with my current base makeup choice as well.
