Debatable

I took RespirActin a couple of days ago Because I have allergies and a cold. The first dose I took in the morning, but threw up immediately after lunch. Tried it again today took a dose this morning, threw up lunch. Not sure if there is a connection here but seems weird.

Recently bought this product. It is pretty herbal tasting. It makes my stomach a bit upset at times and makes me cough up more phlegm, when I use it, but other than that I am not seeing lasting results for my condition, which is believed to be due to seasonal allergy, and having had bronchitis prior. I do feel a little bit less congested in the nose, throat and chest but not so much as to feel I have been cured, have been using it twice a day for two months now it is ok but not what was recommended to me, as something that would cure me completely and stop my symptoms, symptoms were only toned down, which I can appreciate. Still irritates my stomach a bit but nothing major.

Tastes ok, was suggested by natural health store owner to try this product (16$) for my acute flare up of coughing, phlegm and shortness of breath...made me cough more and found to be ineffective
