Restorlaxx is gentle and effective for relief of constipation. No bloating or cramping. The tasteless powder easily mixes in juice and is easy to take.

Works great but is Propylene Glycol is it safe?

I've tried so many products over the years and Restoralax has been the best to help me with occasional constipation. It comes in a white powdered form which you can mix into your favourite drink or water. Doesn’t matter if it’s cold, hot or room temperature. It dissolves very fast and doesn’t leave any clumps or residue at all. The product is tasteless! There is no taste or odour to the powder so I love to add it to my smoothies once a day as I need it.

The lid is easy to unscrew and the cap has a measuring cup so you know exactly how much to take. You just fill the cap to the top of the white line. You actually use quite a bit of it in each glass, so don’t be fooled with how big the bottle is you don’t get a whole lot, it is meant for occasional use.

Restoralax contains Polyethylene glycol. It is used as a food additive and added to many different makeup and hygiene products now of days to increase the amount of water. Using it as a laxative will increase water in your intestinal tract and help stimulate bowel movements.

That all sounds great right? Think again! What I don’t like is the health concerns about toxic effects from eating it. You can find it in antifreeze and it’s said to cause seizures, vomiting, and some say even cancer. But none of this has been proven and the food authorities have declared it as generally safe for use in foods.

Although Restoralax works wonders for me I think I will be exploring more natural supplements in the future. I have been taking it for years because it was the only thing off the shelf and my doctor recommended it. The results are wonderful but definitely not something I want to keep taking.

Doesn't work.

I've tried this product several times in the hopes that it will work and unfortunately it just doesn't. I have even doubled up on the dosage taking it once in the morning and once in the afternoon unfortunately I do not recommend this product as it does not work.

Great product

My husband has chrones. What a great product to restore the natural balance of digestion without any harsh treatments or painful medications. He has been using the product 3 times a week for 6 years and has not had another major episode. Pure relief!

Love it

I have tried so many products over the years and have found Restoralax to be the best one to aid with the occasional constipation. Restoralax comes in white powder which disolves quickly and does not leave any clumping. Product is tasteless so not only can you add into water, you can add this into your favorite drink and or into smoothie. The lid is easy to unscrew and it works as a measuring device as well. Easy to follow instructions printed on the back of the bottle. Works within 1 to 3 days and is gentle so no cramping. RESTORALAX also is my cat's veterinarian choice she recommends for all her animal patience. A couple of weeks ago, my cat did not have a bowel moment for 5 days. I was concerned and had my vet examine her. My vet advised me to give my cat 1/4 teaspoon sprinkled on her food twice daily. Two days of consuming this product, my cat had a normal bowel movement and was regular again. Restoralax is reasonably priced.

Only one

My son has health issues and is on meds everyday. Sometimes his meds can back him up so we use this as a gentle way for him to go. It doesn't give him a stomachache but for sure if needed he will go after the second dose.

Our other son sometimes gets constipated and our pediatrician recommended this a safe option to get things moving along. It's tasteless and odorless. We often mix it with milk or orange juice but have done it with apple juice, fruitpunch and chocolate milk. With the clearer liquids you just gotta stir a bit more so the flakes disappear.

Restoralax

This is the only product that helped my child’s constipation issues, it got so bad that the doctor told me to give it to her everyday. She finally became regular thanks to this.

Overall good

Works well, however after using this product longer than a couple of weeks I can say that I have noticed some annoying bloating as a side effect as well as an electrolyte imbalance. Both were annoying and after nearly three months I am still bloated in my stomach and even a bit in my face. Use this with caution and if your problems have cleared up, don't take it much longer! You may have long lasting side effects like myself :/

We use this product regularly it has saved my son from ending up in the hospital it’s flavourless and mixed in his water or milk it helps him stay regular on a daily basis. It’s gentle on his stomach

Finally a better taste!

Ive a constant bloating and irregular bathroom habits my whole life. Codliver oils and pepto, citrimag and the list goes on and on.
