Terrible Customer Service and Items Come Damaged

They dont make it clear when youre ordering that its a subscription service, but you find out pretty fast when they have a default service to send ONE PER WEEK. Then, half of the items are damaged when they arrived, so much so that the seal on them was opened and i couldnt even use it. To complain or deactivate, you have to call them because apparently they cant solve anything over email. And their phone line is only open limited hours monday to friday so good luck deactivating it if you have a job where you dont have access to your phone. When emailed about it you once again get a "sorry, cant help, please call us". SCAM COMPANY DO NOT BUY.

Scam company

***Warning*** Don't use this company. They are absolutely a subscription scam and will make it impossible for you to stop your order or get a proper refund. There are several bad reviews for them on trust pilot and the BBB. Look it up and avoid this company at all costs. The food is fine but their business model is an absolute scam. Do not subscribe!!

Smoothies

I’ve only ever had the smoothies. They are easy to make and delicious. The ingredients are nutritious. However it’s a difficult process to cancel the subscription.

A good and quick fix

Honestly every drink was nice, i love sweet ones so most of my options had berries or mango as part of the ingredients, and they were all so good.
Some could do better with some extra ingredients but for the calories and package it's a really good purchase.
I'll be buying this again, it's also very quick and hassle free which is what I need!

Sooo Yummy, Easy and Healthy!

Best meal delivery for quick, delicious and healthy food, hands down and I've tried them all! Every smoothie is so tasty, easy to make - just add milk - and has ingredients I'd normally never get into my diet.

A little expensive but worth it!

It can be expensive if you don’t have a deal, however it is well worth it if you can get the coupon codes! Saves time, money and energy! I love the flavours and that I don’t have to try and figure out all the measurements. Just add liquid and blend!

Not worth the price of admission

We did the 60% off trial, or whatever their promotion is, but I must say the whole family was disappointed. some containers were less than 1/4 full while others were full, they all tasted the same, forcing us to add our own berries and juice mixes.

Eventually just ordered frozen fruit from Costco, way cheaper.

Excellent

Super duper good. Hmm... beautiful colors and easy to digest. This product is high on my radar for it's many health benefits. The pricing is reasonable too.

I love that I can blend it up in minutes and have a nutritious and absolutely delicious meal.

Bad product. Worse customer service

I found the products tasteless and bland. They were also freezer burnt.
The worst part is they have continued to harass me via email for several years, at times with DAILY emails after filing complaints with CASL and sending no less than 12 email request to be removed.
Do yourself a favour and avoid this company.
