Smoothies made me sick.
I tried revive super foods to try something new that met my dietary needs. However I was extremely disappointed. After trying my first smoothie because violently ill to the point of being hospitalized. At the time I didn’t realize this was linked to the smoothie so a couple days later I tried another one. And experienced a similar event minus being hospitalized. I’m guessing something needs to be changed in the delivery process to keep the ingredients fresh or a recall needs to be made. I see the potential in these products but they did not work for me.

They are pretty good, but expensive
They're pretty good alongside a snack for lunch. The flavour is pretty good and the portion size is pretty good my only complaint is that they cost around $7 plus you have to add your own almond milk or dairy milk which probably bring some up to about $8 and I could get a premium smoothie on my street here for around $10.
Also they come with so much trash it's really hard for me to justify purchasing them again.
It was worth trying to begin when it was only about $25 for 12 cups. However, any of the smoothies with banana in them, mainly just taste like banana. The mocha smoothy didn't taste like mocha at all. I would also suggest offering samples. Another suggestion would be to send a notification a couple of days before the next order is set to process. I haven't received anything reminding me, so the last order I received is mainly items I didnt really like because it was too late to change it. So I have a bunch of cups in my freezer that I can't really do anything with, taking up freezer space, wasting about $50.00 worth of food.
Good smoothies, very over priced. Still never got my straws they promised. Customer service is horrible. If they weren’t so expensive I’d maybe still order here and there
A company that survives on deceit and tricks and run-arounds. I ordered this during a promotion to see if it would be worth incorporating into my lifestyle since it seems simple, healthy and filling per their statements. Boy was I wrong. The ingredient did not fill the cups and the frozen food would not blend well after adding the recommended liquid amounts. I had to add more and water it down to get it to blend enough to drink out of the straw. On top of that, the flavors were very bland. Then, they automatically send you another shipment without even asking you to select the next group or even making it easy to cancel. I received an email that my next order was on its way and I contacted them immediately to cancel. Then, they went to say they cannot since it was already processed (I contacted them within 3 hours of the notification). I asked them to cancel it. Then, another month goes by and the same thing. I have disputed these charges with my credit card company since the product is not good and the attempts to cancel/return/refund do not work with them. I hope this is a company that goes under soon to save hundreds of people future headaches trying to deal with them. Much better products out there!
I was very disappointed with my experience. The overnight oats are disgusting, frozen banana does not set well overnight oh, the smoothies just weren't very good. I'm not a fan, it was a waste of money.

Just like many folks during this COVID time I've been trying out the various food boxes you can get. Up until now it's all gone great, until Revive. First problem was I never got a tracking number, and yes I checked my spam. After being a day late I sent them an email and message on fb. They didn't respond to my initial email or message. I sent another email letting them know if they didn't respond I'd be filing a report with my credit card and BBB. Low and behold they responded to that. They said it would arrive later that day. Not feeling overly confident in them I asked for the shipping company name and tracking info, which they then supplied me with. Dude showed up at 5:08. Not their fault, but their communication left a lot to be desired. The smoothies themselves were close to not being frozen, probably in another 1/2 a day they wouldn't have been good. The smoothies themselves so far have been pretty decent. There is lots of interesting ingredients, but it's certainly not worth the full price. After my unpleasant experience I was frustrated to see that they do not have a phone number to contact. I then checked online for reviews and found that folks are not that happy with them on BBB and here. I checked back and while there are some complaints on their social media, I noticed they had deleted mine. My guess is that is part of how they keep getting new customers. Honestly I thought the product was okay but I was left feeling like this is a pretty untrustworthy company.
Super DISHONEST company
I bought the smoothies after my friend recommended them and like most of us, I’ve been snacking like it’s no one’s business. I’m not gonna lie; a few of their flavors are great yummy but there were 3 flavors so far that were bland& honestly just plan ole gross. I reviewed every flavor as they award you with 25 points if you do. I noticed some of my reviews weren’t going through. I thought maybe I just didn’t post it right. Then I realized these f*ckers only post the 4/5 star reviews! Do not trust them! They only keep your positive reviews and delete the others. I emailed them on Thursday... it’s Monday and I still haven’t gotten a response. Don’t waste your time or money ladies!
Don’t bother
First of all, a friend referred me through email, the email said 65% off. I ordered the same day I got the email. At checkout the code only gave 55% off. I still purchased because my friend liked their first order. I emailed customer service about the email, with it attached so they could see the dates! Still said nope that’s expired they don’t last a lifetime. Well there was a only for 20 minutes limit on it! Anyway random cups are half empty 🙄 It’s been over 24 hours since I sent my last email. The picture had a whole banana added to it plus liquid.
I thought this company looked amazing at first, but it turned into a nightmare. I switch my account to monthly and paused my membership seconds after I made the first order. The next week they sent me another order and charged my credit card. I emailed and basically got a run around. First they said I didn’t cancel next was i didn’t pause The order in time, followed by you arnt allowed to switch from weekly to monthly. They sent me an order that I didn’t want and arnt willing to correct it or own up to anything. Not to mention there is no phone number. Also there is a ton of waist. Do NOT order from this company!
