Please be aware that this company feels it is ok to send and charge you for products that you did not order.In March 2020 I had ordered Daily harvest and Revive smoothies to try and avoid going to the grocery store in the height of NYC's pandemic. I did not like the Revive smoothies (Daily harvest was much better) so I put my account on hold (I would have cancelled but they do not have that option). Now they are saying that I didn't and that it was time for them to ship me a months worth of smoothies. They said I could have canceled the shipment before it is sent but I never received and email alerting me of a shipment. So I could not cancel it. They did this while I was on vacation for a week and I arrived home to a melted box of food on my doorstep. I had to throw it all away. I emailed the company to let them know that this was not authorized and the customer service I received was abhorrent. Basically they said sorry it's all your fault, you need to read our FAQ's, which are not terms and conditions. I have filed a fraud charge with my bank and asked them to block any attempts that Revive makes to charge my account again.
Company offers AWFUL customer service
I've had problem after problem with Revive. They repeatedly send the order late and the delivery company discards it. This has happened to me 3 times.
It is not worth any of the trouble as they don't have a contact number!!! DONT ORDER.
DO NOT ORDER THESE
Do not order from this company if you live in an apartment. They leave it outside your building. When I complained to the company and asked for a refund because it was not delivered to me they told me it was and sent me a picture of the box outside of my apartment building. I didn't even receive a notification it was coming. TERRIBLE customer service.
Thawed and wasted smoothies
All of mine arrived thawed. This is a health concern so I threw all the smoothies away. The company has yet to resolve this issue. My sister ordered hers on the same day and her smoothies were still frozen on arrival.
Horrible Product and Horrible Company
I recently purchased Pinalada and had a bad stomachache after making and drinking the smoothie. I wouldn't purchase again they use old ingredients and it didn't taste good.

THIS COMPANY WILL SUCK YOU IN, NOT LET YOU CANCEL, CHARGE YOU OVER AND OVER FOR A PRODUCT THAT THEY TELL YOU IS ORGANIC AND IS NOT...THEY ARE NOT LEGITIMATE AND REALLY TRUST ME THIS STUFF SUCKS!!!

I was to receive my order on May 26. I received an email on May 30 that they will be sending my order for delivery on MAY 26!! WTH - I wrote to them and all they said was that there was technical glitch. No offer of returning my money
All The Cups Are Half Empty & Missing Key Ingredients
I wouldn't go out of my way to write a review if I didn't deem it absolutely necessary. The first thing I noticed after receiving my Revive Superfoods cups is that there is about a quarter of cup ingredients in each I've opened. Which is complete BS because the serving size on the side says 1 cup and that's far from the truth. Then I noticed that the key - more expensive - ingredients in the super meal cups are barely there or missing! The flavors are mediocre and if you actually want to get a full portion you have to use 2-3 cups for a meal. The smoothies make a good portion for me but still compared to other companies I have tried REVIVE is a joke.
Buyer beware
Like other reviewers have said, theh charge your account again despite canceling the subscription. Do not buy. The smoothies arent even good. Customer service is an absolute joke and has no intention of helping. I will have to charge back my card in order to get my money back.
