Great smoothies but...

I was excited to try smoothies from Revive Superfoods because I have heard rave reviews from the company. Unfortunately on my first order, 3/12 of my chosen smoothies were out of stock. They were kind enough to leave a note to say they would gladly replace the out of stock flavours with other flavour smoothies. I was OK with replacements but after checking my order, only 9/12 were sent. The one flavour they replaced was an oats cup, which I found strange since I only ordered smoothies. I emailed Revive to clear things up and they responded very quickly and were able to mediate the situation efficiently. After trying the smoothies, all flavours were delicious and I would gladly reorder again. Praying I get all the smoothies next time. Thanks Revive for your great customer service; but please double check shipments to ensure replacements are included on out of stock flavours!

Love this product!!

I am completely obsessed! First of all, the wide variety of flavours and ingredients is awesome and there is a smoothie for every mood and every craving! It is almost TOO convenient. It makes breakfast a breeze, especially on crazy days where I almost forget to eat. They keep you full for hours and you can feel good knowing you are putting healthy ingredients into your body. Perfect for breakfast, an afternoon pick me up, or even dessert! My favourites so far are morning mocha, hint of mint, berry blu, and blue cacao, but you cannot go wrong with any of them.

Love my overnight oats and smoothies! Customer service response was a little slow, but ultimately they have fixed any mistakes that happen. I don’t think I could do without it now!

Absolutely amazing!!

Had the coconut cream today- absolutely amazing!!! I have tried with both soy and coconut milk- can’t go wrong with either one! I can’t wait to try the other flavors I received!!

As good as Daily Harvest, less than half the cost

I love these smoothies! They are as good as Daily Harvest and less than half the cost! I get 24 smoothies per month and eat them most mornings for breakfast. Hazy Cocoa is my favorite flavor!

Busy mom / gave me time for breakfast

I’m a busy mom in the morning the last thing I get to do is have breakfast myself these shakes provided me the opportunity to have breakfast on the go it was something healthy and they taste great

One of the things I constantly struggle with as I have two children that are 12 and 14 every morning before they go to school we constantly fight over they need to have breakfast or something in their bellies to start their day they really love the shakes and I think I found something that may work and give them that breakfast that they need before they start their day

Warning!

Please be aware that this company feels it is ok to send and charge you for products that you did not order.In March 2020 I had ordered Daily harvest and Revive smoothies to try and avoid going to the grocery store in the height of NYC's pandemic. I did not like the Revive smoothies (Daily harvest was much better) so I put my account on hold (I would have cancelled but they do not have that option). Now they are saying that I didn't and that it was time for them to ship me a months worth of smoothies. They said I could have canceled the shipment before it is sent but I never received and email alerting me of a shipment. So I could not cancel it. They did this while I was on vacation for a week and I arrived home to a melted box of food on my doorstep. I had to throw it all away. I emailed the company to let them know that this was not authorized and the customer service I received was abhorrent. Basically they said sorry it's all your fault, you need to read our FAQ's, which are not terms and conditions. I have filed a fraud charge with my bank and asked them to block any attempts that Revive makes to charge my account again.
