Very illusive company, tried to cancel unsuccessfully. Received an email from them but before I could not read it they deleted it. Called credit card co. and made sure they cannot charge anything again.
Wish I had read here before ordering
Got 55% off our first order. It was still $30 but I thought we’d try it. The items arrived a week later. We tried them 2 mornings after. Huge chunks of fruit that nearly destroyed my blender and even stretched my food processor to its limits. I wasn’t impressed. My teen thought they were ok. I went ahead and “paused” the account (couldn’t find the “cancel” section) even though we weren’t schedule to have more for another month. Low and behold, I get an email saying “thanks for your second order”. I checked my credit card and they had billed my card the day after we received our first order. I have no idea what is coming or when. Contacting them was a joke. I finally cancelled everything (after a long search to find out how) but now every piece of subscription information has disappeared (including my cc info) It shows I paid for a second order but nothing says when it is coming. Customer service repeats the same line “sorry but...” IF these things show up, I’m stuck with 15 unpleasant stupid “smoothies” at nearly $100. BUYER BEWARE!
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. THEY WILL TAKE LOTS OF PAYMENTS ON YOUR CREDIT CARD AND YOU ARE UNABLE TO CANCEL IT! WE HAVE TO CALL CREDIT CARD COMPANY FOR FILLING A FRAUD COMPLAINT... BUYER BEWARE! THEY HIDE THEIR REVIEW FOR A REASON!
WORST COMPANY EVER
I asked the company to cancel my orders as they totally messed up my order and refused to correct it offering me cups I NEVER asked for!
They never cancelled this, and they charged me 146$ for something I never ordered. They shipped it to my work which is closed because of covid and now I am forced to go out even though the government has told us to stay home. It took them 4 emails before they responded saying well do our best to help and then did NOTHING.
It’s companies like this that have no empathy what’s rough in times of need that should be closed . Order your smoothies from anywhere but them!!!!

I purchased an order of bland half filled cups. I tried for 4 weeks to cancel order and they kept putting me in circles by emails & phone numbers. I had to file a complaint, and call my bank to get subscriptions to stop!! It was a horrible and stressful situation.
They charged me and never delivered!! Do not use.
They charged me and it never was delivered they are blaming it on OnTrac and OnTrac says it’s Revive I just want my money back I would not use this company try another one
They are cheats! They charged us with 170$$ even though we didnt order that they are such cheats. They are the worst company ever. dont order please
Charged for a product that never came
Revive emailed me to to say my shipment was en route but the link in the email to track didn't work. Tried on several devices and it would not open. My account says my order was delivered 4/22. I have a doorbell camera and additional cameras around the side and back of my house. No delivery was made. My front camera records to the end of my street - no delivery truck at all that day. Contacted customer service and received no response. I tried this company through an instagram influencer (bbk) and I'll be letting her know this company has issues - looks like from the reviews they have a lot of issues. Cancelled my account and submitting a charge dispute with my cc company.

NEVER AGAIN! Please save yourself and never buy from this company. I've never experienced worse customer service in my entire life. They essentially stole about $300 from me and refused to do anything to help me. I had packages stolen that they wouldn't replace. They refused to give me any money back. They certainly know how to lose customers, that's for sure. Save yourself the time, the sanity, and the money and run away from Revive Superfoods as fast as you can. Not to mention, by the way, the smoothies sucked. I could make better on my own for a 1/4 of the price.
