Unauthorized credit card charges, after this company confirmed my account was paused. Had to dispute a charge with my bank and cancel my credit card. Do not do business with this company. They have no customer service phone number. They charge your card and then claim that they can't issue refunds, and don't attempt to resolve any issues as they have already taken your money.
I ordered these based upon a special they were doing, thought it would be a good way to stock up on some frozens during this pandemic. I placed my order for 24 cups for $60/ a special they were running. ( I was also supposed to receive straws and I didn't) and they charged me for my next delivery BEFORE I even received my initial order, I got a charge for $120 with no way to cancel or have them postpone and credit my account. They have no phone number in order to call them to cancel the order- their email response was "well its a subscription so we cant cancel it". Its a scam hoping that people will forget to cancel their subscription so they can continue to charge you for these smoothie cups
Make sure you cancel your subscription as soon as you order
I heard about this company from my friends social media and decided to try it out. I was fine with their service until I saw a charge of 143.00 in my bank account. Now they’re sending me more smoothies which I do not need or have the space for. I can’t get a refund, no one will answer my emails, and during this pandemic, I’m not working and money is extremely tight. Everything everyone else has said negatively about this company is completely true.
First of all, know that apparently you cannot cancel your account. Only pause. I'm contacting the BBB and FTC about that. I'm pretty sure you can't NOT allow your customers to cancel their account just like you can't not allow email subscribers to unsubscribe.
The customer service is heinous. I won't even go in to the details but my experience was just like every other bad review on here.
The smoothies are grainy and gross. 100% stale like other reviewers have said.
I truly hope they go out of business.
Awful customer service
Shady billing practices. No phone number to reach them. Lacking in customer service. Do not sign up, their business model is based on people forgetting to skip or cancel their orders. Will not refund, eve when requested before product is shipped/recieved.

Revive superfoods has provided the worse customer service I’ve ever received. They deleted all my comments from their Instagram page. I told them that I saw a lot of negative comments on this website and I should have read them before ordering, and right after that a bunch of good reviews were posted here. So, it is safe to say they’re from employees. Do not order!!!

They changed my order without notice (sent me something completely different). Then refused to refund me because they reserve the right to change recipes without notice. They changed my order history to make it seem like I ordered something different previously. Luckily I still have some of a previous order as evidence. They refused to refund me

FYI that’s the only REAL reviews you’ll find out there! Any of the bad reviews that are posted on their website are systematically removed after a day or don’t show as verified!!! (They just leave 1 or 2 “bad reviews” that are not even bad. Just 3-star reviews to not have an average score of 5 per smoothie. All their smoothies have an average score of at least 4.6 just FYI!!) I contacted them twice about it and they couldn’t care less. The absolutely never responded to any of my emails!
They are also basically using influencers to sell their smoothies. They don’t pay for anything and will spam their stories with the smoothies to make you try them. That’s basically how I ordered in the first place at 60% off. (I didn’t even get the free straws)
I’ll be honest, most of the smoothies are super bland. AND 90% of the ingredients are NOT organic. I wonder how they dare make you pay $6.5 for such a tiny smoothie when you can go to Booster Juice and have a much bigger smoothie for a better experience. I’ll never order from them again. I completely paused my subscription after trying them out. You can’t even cancel your account just FYI.
Also, all the good reviews here have been posted on the VERY same day every single time! So don’t get fooled by them! The company is trying to add positive reviews to increase their overall score!
Completely unsafe. And they deleted my first comment which shows even more how dishonest this company is. My order came thawed not once but twice even after I told them not to ship and their customer service is piss poor. You have to email and they won't respond to every email. There's no history of your emails inside the app either. There's no way to deactivate your account. I am working with my bank disputing their charges. Probably why they don't have reviews on fb or are on yelp.
Awful
Smoothies are stale and grainy. No matter if you make it with almond milk, milk, or water, there is no way to salvage the taste from your mouth. Never buying from them again.
