It is a butter balm with a shiny colour. The packaging is very sleek with the lid matching the lip butter colour. The lid is also see through at the top so you can see which colour you want there too.
It is extremely moisturizing and provides hydration for several hours as well as a semi-sheer colour. The colour and moisture do not last through food and drink.

One of my absolute fave lipsticks. I have them in 3 shades, sugar plum, candy apple and sugar frosting and I wear one of them at least every second day. Sometimes I wear them on their own, or I layer them with lip gloss and lip balm or with each other.

If you wait for a sale at Shoppers or Rexall, they end up being around $7 or so, which is the cheapest I found and I find that's a good price. They last quite a while.

The thing that makes this lipstick stand out is that is it moisturizing and not as intense as other lipsticks, so it is good for beginners. They do bleed a bit, so it is good to use them with a lip liner.

I am waiting for another sale to get some more colors.

Smooth like butter! I have 5: "red velvet" (perfect Xmas red), "pink truffle" (my lips but better lip color), "creme brûlée" (nude peach, make sure your lip isn't chapped or it'll emphasize the lines), "lollipop" (lilac purple), "strawberry shortcake" (baby pink) not too barbie like, perfect everyday pink. These lip butters are smooth, easy to apply, pigmented (color payoff like lipstick), accessible. (@ many drugstores). However, don't leave them in your pocket because it'll melt. (Very creamy) I got most of mine at rexall's on sale -buy one get one free .

I am absolutely in love with Revlon Colourbust Lip Butters! I bought one a year ago just to see what the hype was about (Sugar Plum). I now own Lollipop, Peach Parfait, and Sugar Frosting, and just replaced Sugar Plum. I like that they vary in coverage (some are creamy/opaque, some are sheer, some have shimmer, etc.). I use Lollipop to brighten up any lipsticks that are too brown toned, or as a statement lip in the summer. Sugar Frosting adds a bit of shimmer but is a bit much on its own. Sugar Plum is my favourite fall/winter shade - a darker berry that isn't too over powering.

I love that they are often on sale for $4-5, and that they aren't harsh enough that I need a mirror to apply. They are fairly moisturizing, and the colour lasts quite awhile - I haven't timed but I would say about 2 hours at my job where I'm talking nonstop.

Lastly, the packaging is classy, and gets compliments when you pull it out when out with friends. I will continue to buy, and highly recommend!

I love how they feel, unfortunately I just picked the wrong colour. I like nudes-nude pinks and browns, and i chose the pink one. i don't wear in much but it feels good enough to wear despite it not being my colour :)

I received one of these as a bonus on a product i purchased. I like it, the one I haven't doesnt seem to add to much colour at all. It is probably just the tone/colour of the one i got though. It's soft on the lips, doesn't dry them out!

Great product - a bit expensive but feels soft on your lips. I don't love the colour I chose but it mixes well with other glosses to create my perfect shade :)

Love the pink lemonade shade. Just the right amount of tint and sheen. Keeps lips moisturized, goes on smoothly and has no offensive smell or taste. Do find that it runs out quickly though.

One of my favourite lip products! These are really soft and buttery (just like the name!), and leave behind the perfect amount of color. I love that they have so many different color options. I'm not a lip stick person, but sometimes I like a touch of color, so I turn to these. These are quite soft though, so be careful not to break them or let them melt!
