I've been using this product for a while. It provides medium coverage, SPF, and applies smoothly. The product comes in a pump which is convenient for administration. However, it does leave a shine on your face which translates in photographs. I don't mind it so much and you can put powder to reduce the shine.

Overall, I think it's a good product and I would buy it again.

I'm not normally one for foundation but this is quite fantastic. It's a great consistency and has a built in pump which is great for mess free application. You can apply it with a sponge, brush or just your fingers. Another neat tip, if you don't need a ton of coverage or you're paler, dilute it 1 pump to 1 pump of facial lotion. Added bonus? SPF 20, so a great foundation for the summer.

I've tried several drugstore foundations and the Revlon Photoready Foundation has remained one of my favourites for several reasons

~I love the packaging of this product. It comes in a glass bottle which contains 1fl.oz. or 30mL of product. The best part is the pump which allows you to control the amount of product to dispense. With a pump, you avoid needing to dip your finger in the product making it more sanitary. Also, since you don't need to pour out the foundation, the whole bottle will last you a lot longer since you are not wasting any product.

~Overall, there is a good range of shade. It's often difficult for me to find the right foundation because my skin has yellow undertones but I managed to find a shade that blended perfectly with my skin. A problem consumers have with purchasing drugstore foundation is finding their shade but most stores often have the plastic circle which allows you to match your skin colour to the right shade.

~In terms of effectiveness, this foundation has medium coverage and works great at evening out skin tone and covering redness. I am not a fan of matte foundations, I prefer my foundation to give a slightly dewy finish and this foundation gives exactly that. I know a lot of people dislike the shimmer but if this foundation is topped with a matte powder, the shimmers are barely visible. Compared to the Revlon Colorstay foundation, this one does not feel heavy on the skin and gives you a radiant look. Also, compared to the Colorstay, it doesn't have a strong odour so it's fine for people who are sensitive to strong scents. It also contains SPF 20 so it provides some sun protection.

~This foundation has a thinner consistency which makes blending easier. Also, it doesn't dry up really fast so you can afford to take your time applying this product. It can be applied with either your fingers, a sponge, or a brush - I have had no problem with any of the mentioned methods.

It is a bit on the pricier end for a drugstore foundation so it's best to purchase the product when they have a sale. I would recommend this but if you have oily skin, I would advise you to stay away from this foundation because the dewy finish will make your skin look even more oily.

I have tried the Revlon Photo Ready Foundation and I say it works pretty well. I usually moisturize my skin after I cleans and pat dry my skin and then sometimes I follow that by applying a primer. I apply first to t-zone area and problematic areas and then I apply to entire face. I let it melt into my skin for a couple of minutes and then I set it with a setting mist, like E.L.F's setting mist. It is easy to apply and does not irritate my skin. It is less messy than liquid foundations, and therefore faster to apply than liquid makeup/foundation. I forgot how much I paid for this, since I bought this a long while ago, but I got a Foundation and Concealer combo and it was a bogo sale! :)

This is the go - to foundation on a daily basis for me, over Nars, Clinique, Bourjois and Make up forever. The shade match is perfect (180) and is so easy to use. I use my fingers to blend my foundation and this foundation can be put on within a couple of minutes.
The coverage is medium - it is not a heavy foundation but perfect for daily use. I do need concealer to cover my freckles and other scars but is not necessary. Even though you can see the fine shimmer in the bottle, it does not show up on your face. The staying power is good at about 5 hours on my combination skin. Another plus is the pump and the SPF. For a drugstore foundation, I think I have found my HG!

I can't stay enough about this stuff. Love it. I bought the whole line, they now have the concealer, primer, and airbrush color mousse foundation too. You only need a few dabs. A little goes a long way and it lasts all day. I have had bad results with other brands of mousse like make-up in terms of breakouts but this stuff is fantastic and doesn't clog my pores. Coverage is excellent and it doesnt transfer on my clothing. I love it. I will never use anything else. My skin looks so smooth and flawless.

The best foundation I've ever used! Tried it about 6 or so months ago and haven't gone back since!! Not heavy, but full of colour so you're actually putting something more then just water on!

not really a huge fan of this foundation. i find that matte foundation is what typically photographs best, but this stuff was full of shimmer. no matter how much i applied or how i applied it, i found that it looked blotchy and uneven, and made my face look like a disco ball in front of the camera. i was really expecting great things after hearing all the hype, but i'm truly very disappointed.

I love this product. A little always goes a long way. It takes about half a pump to get a medium-full coverage for my entire face. The product is a little expensive, but it does come on sale regularly. I love the coverage it gives and I like the way it brightens up my face. My only issue with this product is that the shimmer from the foundation rubs off on everything. I like that it doesn't seem flakey or cakey and that the colour matches very well to my own skin. I use 002, and it works like a charm. I'll always come back to this foundation.

I picked this up when it was on sale at Shoppers, in their clearance aisle (it was $4.99, and came with a little stick concealer. This is $19.99 regular price, and usually somewhere around $16.99 on sale, so what a steal!). I somehow/miraculously chose the perfect color for myself, despite never having bought drugstore foundation before, and I am relatively pleased with the results. Like what a lot of others have said, the glitters are kind of what get me on this foundation. I don't normally wear anything on my skin foundation-wise so I found that the sparkles were really prominent. But, it does add an overall glow and dewiness which makes it look a bit more natural, and it also negates the necessity for a highlighter. It feels nice on my skin, and not too heavy. It has a pretty good coverage to it, but it doesn't wear quite as long as I'd like. This might be because it could use a powder over top of it (though, considering the coverage, a powder might make it look a bit cakey), but I did find that it got a little splotchy after extended wear. Overall, though, I found it to be great value and nice for photos. It's not great for extended wear, and looks slightly better on camera than it does in person (the sparkles just look like healthy skin, rather than... sparkles), but a welcome addition to my makeup stash!
