This isn't one of my favourite top coats. It said quick dry, but I find it stays quite goopy and thick for a while after it's applied...you have to sit really still for about 20 minutes for it to completely dry, or it will smudge and ruin your colour coat.

Worse, I find it doesn't really work at protecting my polish. In fact I find it makes my nails chip faster than without it on! Which is a shame because I love Revlons quick-dry base coat, but this on top ruins its effectiveness. Won't be buying again.
