16 hour bold pigmentation Vinyl Eyeliner Pencil

I really love this eyeliner. It is a smooth-gliding waterproof gel pencil eyeliner that creates a shiny, vinyl finish. It goes on so smooth, nothing like a pencil normally does. The application is precise because it goes on so smooth. This is a 16 hour, waterproof eyeliner. I have noticed that is lasting me 10 to 12 hours, however. I will definitely be getting this eyeliner from now on.
