LOVE this, and the price was excellent ($3 at Walmart Canada).

It's a transforming effect, so it's best when used on top of a base colour, it looks like little shards of mother of pear glass all over my nails.

The only downside is that this stuff can be difficult to take off, but, it's totally worth it.
