I don't get the point

This does what it says but makes all of the polish look cloudy. It's a cloudy matte. If I do multiple coats it gets to take on the color of this thing instead of the base coat.

I recently tried this product over one of my regular nail polish colors and what a transformation it made! I now have twice as many colors in my arsenal! It did not make my polish chip any sooner either.

I'm obsessed with the matte nail trend and I usually get my nails done in a salon but I am on a budget right now so I picked the cheapest matte top coat I could find at Wal-Mart and it does the job great! I love it and will definitely use the whole bottle and probably more!
