Having tried and tested and been chuffed with many Cica balms, I was amazed to discover Revolution Skincare has released a peaceful looking green Cica face Tonic.

Tonics for the face and toners are big in beauty again and the emphasis is on anti-inflammatory properties; Cica will be a god send if you have acne, rosacea, dermatitis or any redness inducing skin concern.
