I bought this Ricardo Ice Cream Scoop about 2 months ago and I use it all the time for scooping out muffins, cupcakes and ice cream. It works really well and with ease, it has a metal release that you press on so your scoop comes out uniform and even every time. This is the best ice cream scoop I have ever had and think it will last me a long time!
