I have been waiting for something like this for a LONG time. Ice cream filling tastes great and the cupcake is solid too. Takes a little trial and error to let the cupcake thaw just enough so that the ice cream doesn't melt. Bought these for a birthday treat and loved that I could pull out enough for everyone (with some to spare for another time) instead of having a massive ice cream cake, partially melted, left over.
