High Quality Rum

I recently visited Rig Hand Distillery in Nisku, Alberta. I tasted and purchased their "brum" which is rum made from sugar beets. I'm not a rum drinker but this stuff is so good that I prefer to drink it straight to enjoy the great flavour. No need for mix. All ingredients are locally sourced (as is the case for ALL their products) and their liquors are produced in small batches. The brum also makes a delicious hot toddy if you're under the weather and need to soothe a sore throat.
