If you've ever seen a car charger, and understand how they work, this product works exactly as you expect. It's a very basic, no-frills dual-port car charger, with one port for 2.0 amp charging, and another for 1.0 amp charging. You plug it in, you connect it to your device, and you're good to go.

It's worth noting that the charger does have a nice blue LED light that turns on when it has power, which isn't distracting but does look nice at night. It also charged my phone a good bit faster than my old car charger, so I feel like its claims of faster charging are justified if you're coming from an older charger like I was.

Note that you will need a charging wire as this isn't included.

I used a free app to test the charging speed as well to make sure it was up to par and have included the results here. All in all, this car charger does the job, and at a great price. No complaints at all.
