Rimmel London Colour Precise 24 Hour Liquid Liner has a soft tapered felt tip that makes application easier and more precise. It also has long staying power and this liner lasted all day without smudging. I would have loved if the colour was a bit more rich and darker but overall this is a good choice for a liquid liner.
