I really like Rimmel eyeliners. The nude color is great for brightening the eyes and goes on easy. It is safe to use on your waterline or lashline. Also, works well as a base to build color on your eyes.

Found this in my local dollar store selling it. It is absolutely amazing love how it stays on better than any other eye pencils I have and I have not tried the liquid eyeliners not thinking I want to try those this has nice color nice feel long lasting, happy it includes a smudger and sharpener. Got it in the color Sable brown and it suits me perfect. Now to go back and buy more.

This is by far THE BEST eyeliner pencil I have ever purchased. The eyeliner rolls on so smooth and the built in sharpener and the twist extender and the smudger are perfect. I like to have bold dramatic eyeliner every day for work and have been using a typical pencil and will never go back

All I have to say is, AMAZING price for a roll-up eyeliner. Not only does it come with a built in sharpener but also a smudger. Has GREAT color, very nice for dramatic eyes. I've finally found my favorite eye liner

i absolutely love this eyeliner. i use it for lining my top lid. this liner stays on for me all day and does not smudge. it is not that difficult to remove like some waterproof products. just a lil oil based remover and that is all. i have noticed that without a base on the lid it does not go on as smooth as with the base. so i recommend using a base before applying on upper lid. it will come out more crisp and clean.

High color intensity. Vivid, inky color that lasts all night.
